5-10 miles radius same day or within 24-48 hours.
Is delivery free?
Yes.
Do you take my insurance?
Yes, we accept most insurance including Medicare Part D Plans.
Do you deliver controlled substances?
We understand the importance of these medications and recognize the impact this may have on our patients. Our team is actively working within regulatory guidelines to explore options and potentially expand our capacity in the future.
Will my copay be the same?
Kare Rx Platform Partnered pharmacies Copay will be Same.
Can I order for my family or pet?
Yes, you can, and our partnered pharmacy carry pet meds also.
How to send prescription?
1. Transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy by clicking “I would like to transfer from a pharmacy”. (CVS Walgreen, Walmart Etc.)
2. Have your doctor send your prescriptions directly to Kare Rx Platform and you will receive a notification when it is received and then you get another notification where it is processed from and then we schedule your delivery or pickup

Once your doctor sends a prescription to Kare Rx Platform, you will get a push notification indicating your prescription is ready to be ordered.
What if my medication isn’t in stock?
While we have an expansive inventory, there will be times when a medication will have to be restocked. If we don’t have your medication, it can normally be in-stock on the next business day. We’ll send you a push notification as soon we have it, and you’ll be able to choose a delivery method / time that works best for you.
